New You: Juice or Blend Your Meal (Fruits and Vegetables)


Get full by drinking (eating) healthy by juicing or blending fresh raw fruits and vegetables with almond milk. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple). Because it is raw you receive greater nutritional value than cooking your vegetables. Plus, you cease from adding butter (fat) and salt to your diet. A new you requires a new attitude, mindset, tastebuds and habits. Green your meal (body) for breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch the weight come off and see the new you in a few months, 90 days:)
